Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to building an inclusive and accessible digital experience for everyone.
Effective Date: March 26, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Intelligent CX Consulting LLC ("ICX") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information and functionality on the web, and we strive to make our website as accessible and usable as possible for all visitors.
As a conversational AI consulting firm, we understand that inclusive design is not optional. It is foundational to good customer experience. The same principles we apply when designing accessible conversational AI systems for our clients guide how we build and maintain our own website.
Conformance Standard
Our target conformance level is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. WCAG 2.1 is developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) and is widely recognized as the international standard for web accessibility.
WCAG 2.1 Level AA addresses the most common barriers for users with disabilities and covers the four core principles of accessibility:
- Perceivable - Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive.
- Operable - User interface components and navigation must be operable by all users.
- Understandable - Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable.
- Robust - Content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
Measures We Have Taken
ICX has implemented the following measures to ensure accessibility across our website:
Semantic HTML
Our website is built with semantic HTML5 elements (such as <nav>, <main>, <header>, <footer>, <section>, and <article>) to provide meaningful structure that assistive technologies can interpret correctly.
Proper Heading Hierarchy
All pages follow a logical heading hierarchy (H1 through H6) to help screen reader users navigate content efficiently and understand the page structure.
Alternative Text for Images
All meaningful images on our website include descriptive alternative text (alt attributes) so that users who cannot see images can understand their content and purpose. Decorative images are marked appropriately so they are ignored by screen readers.
Keyboard Navigation
Our website is fully navigable using a keyboard. All interactive elements, including navigation links, buttons, form fields, and expandable sections, can be accessed and operated without a mouse. A visible focus indicator is provided for keyboard users.
Skip Navigation Link
A "Skip to main content" link is provided at the top of every page, allowing keyboard and screen reader users to bypass repetitive navigation and jump directly to the main content area.
Color Contrast
We have designed our color scheme to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratio requirements (at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text). This ensures that text is readable for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.
Screen Reader Compatibility
Our website is built to be compatible with popular screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. We use ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where appropriate to provide additional context for dynamic content and interactive elements.
Responsive Design
Our website is fully responsive and adapts to different screen sizes and devices, including desktop computers, tablets, and mobile phones. Content reflows properly and remains readable without horizontal scrolling at standard zoom levels up to 200%.
Form Accessibility
All form fields include associated labels, clear instructions, and appropriate error messages. Form validation errors are communicated in a way that is accessible to screen reader users.
Reduced Motion Support
Our website respects the "prefers-reduced-motion" operating system setting. Users who have enabled reduced motion preferences will see animations and transitions disabled automatically.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, we acknowledge the following areas where accessibility may be limited:
- Third-party content - Some content loaded from third-party services (such as embedded fonts from Google Fonts or form processing by Formspree) may not be fully within our control. We select third-party services that demonstrate a commitment to accessibility, but we cannot guarantee their full conformance.
- PDF documents - If PDF documents are provided for download, they may not be fully accessible. We are working to ensure all downloadable documents meet accessibility standards. If you need an accessible alternative format, please contact us.
- Older browser versions - Some accessibility features may not function correctly in older browser versions. We recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser for the best experience.
We are continuously working to identify and address accessibility gaps. This list will be updated as issues are discovered and resolved.
Reporting Accessibility Issues
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, have difficulty accessing any content, or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know.
When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful to include:
- The web page URL where you encountered the issue
- A description of the accessibility barrier you experienced
- The browser and operating system you were using
- Any assistive technology you were using (such as a screen reader or magnification software)
We take all accessibility feedback seriously and will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues promptly.
Continuous Improvement
Digital accessibility is an ongoing effort. ICX is committed to the following practices to maintain and improve our accessibility posture:
- Conducting periodic accessibility reviews of our website
- Testing with assistive technologies including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation
- Incorporating accessibility considerations into the design and development of all new content and features
- Staying informed about evolving accessibility standards and best practices
- Responding to and acting on accessibility feedback from our visitors
