ICX is a conversational AI consulting firm that provides services including conversation design, prompt engineering, LLM consulting, CX strategy, and agentic AI readiness consulting. The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and to describe our consulting services.
The information on this Site does not constitute professional advice. Any reliance you place on information from this Site is at your own risk. Formal consulting engagements are governed by separate statements of work (SOW) and engagement contracts.

ICX does not guarantee specific business outcomes from consulting engagements. Past performance and case study results do not guarantee future results.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intelligent CX Consulting LLC, its founder, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Site
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ICX at christi@intelligentcxconsulting.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in the State of Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for matters related to intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to the Site.
Affiliate Link Disclosure
Some content on this Site, including blog posts, resource pages, and tool recommendations, may contain affiliate links. This means ICX may earn a small commission if you click a link and make a purchase or sign up for a service. There is no additional cost to you.

Separate engagement contracts and statements of work govern formal consulting relationships and take precedence over these Terms with respect to consulting services.
