ICX is a conversational-AI consultancy, so we hold our own content to the standard we advise for our clients. We use AI tools , including Anthropic’s Claude, alongside other large language models and AI writing and coding assistants , to help research, draft, and maintain this site and its articles.

Every published piece is then reviewed, edited, and fact-checked by Christi Akinwumi, ICX’s founder and principal consultant, drawing on hands-on experience designing conversational AI systems that serve 20M+ users across 8 global markets. AI accelerates the work; a human expert is accountable for it. We verify claims, statistics, and quotations against primary sources, and we do not publish AI-generated material as fact without that review.

The Prompt Field Guide on our homepage is an educational demonstration powered by Google Vertex AI. It provides a heuristic review of fictional or practice prompts. Its score and suggestions are teaching aids, not objective measurements, certifications, professional advice, or approval for production use.

Do not submit client, employer, personal, confidential, regulated, proprietary, or production information. Text entered into the lab is sent to Google Cloud to generate the requested audit. ICX does not intentionally save the prompt or audit in a database, publish it, or include the prompt text in our application analytics.

Generated feedback can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular model or use case. Provider guidance shown beside an audit is written and curated by ICX from public documentation; it is not generated by the model and does not imply endorsement by Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.
